The National Orange Ribbon Celebrations (NORC) kickstarts a month-long celebration in July to commemorate racial and religious harmony. The theme for this year’s NORC event “Many Races, One Gracious Community” seeks to promote the Olympic values of “Excellence, Friendship & Respect” in support of the Singapore Youth Olympic Games 2010.
